Justin is a well-known growth hacker and community builder since 2016. A prolific content creator with over 250k+ followers on Crypto Twitter and other social media platforms, he has hosted some of the largest Web3 conferences in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Previously he has worked on growth alongside AirSwap, Matic Network (Polygon), Gods Unchained (Immutable X), and many more.

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer | Head of DCENTRAL Asia

Esther is responsible for strategy, business development, partnerships and Asia in addition to overseeing public relations and communications. Previously an editor and journalist, she is the founder of Source Capital, a boutique PR, Marketing, and Communications consultancy that advises and works with clients in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs and Web3 on their public relations, influence, marketing & branding strategy, events, roadshows, and community relations.

Marketing & Operations

David works in marketing and operations for DCENTRAL. As a junior developer, he has experience in JavaScript, HTML, C++ and is currently learning Solidity to pursue a career as a blockchain developer in the crypto space.

Business Analyst & Operations

Constant helps manage finance and operations at DCENTRAL. He has over 7 years of experience working on enterprise reporting systems, including bridging technologies.

Previously with Costco as a Revenue Systems Analyst, he is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems.

Executive Assistant

Before joining DCENTRAL, Lynda was a Paralegal for 20 years. Lynda’s legal background and experience makes her a rock-solid professional and valuable member of the DCENTRAL team.

Partnerships

Kevin has over 15 years experience as a business development and partnerships expert mainly in product development, contract manufacturing, venture capital, entrepreneurship, open innovation and web3 & metaverse strategy.

He previously held the role of Director, Sales and Partnerships at Brinc - Hong Kong’s largest and most active venture accelerator.. Having invested in over 200 startups, he has led business development and strategic partnerships with corporates, government, university and investors in Asia, not to mention also for Animoca Brands and The Sandbox Accelerators.

Sales

Ian has been leading in the high risk asset space for over a decade: scaling cannabis tech companies, nutraceutical manufacturers, and producer/processors. As Crypto native since 2017 and seasoned event organizer Ian brings cutting edge strategy to not only growth for DCentral, but also scaling business development.

His deep understanding of startups and marketing has allowed him to grow his digital consulting firm Empire Strategists over the past 4 years. Ian's background organizing concerts/festivals in the PNW helps us throw world class events.

Sales

Ashley has worked in film production, in the fitness industry as a Rehabilitative Movement Instructor and also in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. With experience as a Technology and Marketing Sales for the past decade, she started working in the Web3 space since her sister SMG is a NFT collector.
